Pilot Project  : Street Children Day Crash’ for a period of 6 months
Managed by  : Samaritan Trust’
Objective  : To provide a day crash for children with a perspective to develop their future
Location  : Street from Andheri to Boriwali, Western suburbs.
Target Audience  : Working Laborers Children age 3 to 12 years.
Timing  : Eight hours each day Monday to Saturday 9 am – 6 pm
Intention  : Provide Breakfast, Lunch and Constructive learning
Accountability  : Parents to send children at their own risks – Legal views will be obtained before the program commencement
Feasibility  : Begin with one or two streets with the existing no of children depending upon the funds & capacity to support.
Focus  : Cleanliness, hygiene, entertainment, interactive aided studies, etc.
Parents counseling &  training  : Teach parents how to deal with children, how to be accountable for their daily hygiene, change of clothes, habits, etc.
Media & Local Exposure  : Arrange to get as much Media coverage, also spread the message in the nearby locality either through word of mouth, pamphlets, cable TV etc.
Review  : Arrangement to be re-visited after 3 months
